How It Works: Custom Ordering via the Website Made Simple
- Choose Your Style: Start by browsing through our range of designs. Each piece is displayed in a default colour just to give you an idea of the look—but the fun part is that you get to pick the fabric colour that suits you best.
- Personalise Your Fit: Once you’ve chosen your style and colour, just enter your measurements. We make it super easy to customise the fit so your piece is made exactly for you.
- Add Your Special Touches: Want to tweak the neckline, adjust the length, or add a slit etc? Just leave us a note in the comments with any specific changes you’d like, and we’ll tailor it just for you.
- Our turn around is up to 2 weeks from receiving payment and order, unless you need your design quicker, in which case we offer a priority order service at checkout.
Our Refund & Adjustment Policy
Because each of our pieces is lovingly handmade to your custom measurements, we have a strict no-refunds policy. Every order is crafted specifically for you, which means we can’t accept standard returns.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your item arrives and there’s a fault or an issue with the craftsmanship, we’re absolutely here to fix it. Just let us know and we’ll arrange for the adjustments needed to make it perfect for you.
If you Prefer to Book An Appointment to come in to the studio to order
If you’d prefer a more personal touch, we warmly invite you to book an appointment to visit our studio in Colchester. It’s a completely free service where you can try on samples, get your measurements taken, and place your order with confidence. You can choose to either have your order posted to you or come back to the studio to try on and collect. Plus, there’s free parking available right outside for your convenience. We’d love to see you!
Our Bridesmaid Order Process
You have two ways to place your bridesmaid dress order with us. First, you can order directly online via our website. However, we warmly recommend booking an appointment at our studio. This way, you can try on multiple styles, explore the different colours and fabrics in person, and find the perfect fit.
At your initial appointment, we can measure and help you finalise your choices. Then we’ll schedule a first fitting once your dresses are made, so you can try them on for the first time and check for any amendments needed. Finally, we’ll have a last fitting to ensure everything is absolutely perfect before you take your dresses home.
Please note, we do require a 50% deposit to purchase the fabric and secure your order slot which is non refundable. Full payment is needed before we can begin making the dresses.
Timeframe can be flexible as we aim to work with you but we advise a minimum turnaround time of 3 months for 3 bridesmaids and more. We look forward to helping you create something beautiful!
